This is an excellent opportunity to join a very successful manufacturing company that has been in business for many years and has a large client base around Australia.

We have an opportunity for a CUSTOMER SERVICE person with skills to take control in a small office and join the team. Your job will be to support the sales and service team plus running the office. Your job will have plenty of variety.

The role will include:
-Support the sales team
-Process orders, invoices
-Liaise with key customers
-Purchasing of stock
-Check customer orders
-Generating quotations
-Answering phones
-Responding to emails
-General office duties

You will need to pay close attention to detail, communicate effectively, and have excellent computer skills and CUSTOMER SERVICE skills.

TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Strong computer skills.
• Microsoft Office and Pronto skills ideal
• General accounts and office admin skills
• Excellent phone manner
• Good CUSTOMER SERVICE skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience in manufacturing an advantage

On offer is a perm position within a well-known company in their industry and a salary package of up to 85k based on your skills.
