You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive support to their customers both internal and external. Located in Eastern creek this opportunity requires an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
About the Role- Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Action Email and phone requests / orders
- Order entry of all purchase orders received
- Create and allocate job request to the service team
- Maintain database with up-to-date customer information
- Work closely with internal teams for any escalations
About you- Similar experience or comes from a service delivery role
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly
- System Savvy and preferably with SAP experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and ability to build rapport
Benefits- $35.00p /h plus super - Immediate start
- Located in Eastern creek - Onsite parking available.
- Monday to Friday - 08:30am to 04:30pm - No weekends
