Case Managers (Multiple Positions)

• Contract role till June 2024 with a possible extension.
• Hourly pay rate of $48.25 + Super.
• 7.6 hours a day. 38 hours a week.
• Multiple positions.
• Work location: Lismore (people from the Northern Rivers region can apply).  

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
As a part of your role, you will be working with impacted residents to assess Disaster Relief Grant applications, assessments, and claims.
  
KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Deliver end-to-end case management to the allocated DRG applicants.
• Report potential complaints and/or appeals to the Manager of DRG Program Delivery.

  
  ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Exceptional Customer Service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage complex customer interactions are a must.
