AddressWe are seeking a candidate who can provide a high-quality, person-centered approach and administrative support in a state government department on the Gold Coast. You will offer a wide array of services and guidance related to applications, tenancy, and property management to members of the public and other stakeholders.
Key Duties:
- Serve as the initial point of contact, addressing inquiries and delivering customer support
- Process interview requests and conduct housing assessments
- Handle customer responses and communication
- Ensure accurate information is recorded
- Perform home visits for property inspections as needed
- Monitor and manage outstanding arrears, rent assessments, and refunds
- Provide general administrative support
Key skills/experience required:
- Previous experience as a customer service consultant handling challenging enquiries
- Previous case management experience
- Previous property management experience
- High level of interpersonal and influential communication skills within a client-focussed and legislative environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Resilience and ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Class C Driver's License
This is an AO3 position, paying $46.27 per hour plus super. This is an ongoing temporary position, with an immediate start. The position has a standard 38 hour working week and is based in Robina.
