Housing Plus operate a state-of-the-art facility called The Orchard, in Orange, for women and children escaping domestic and family violence. We are looking for two Case Workers as part of our Operation Courage Service, working out of the Orchard. As part of the passionate Orchard team, the Case Worker will deliver best practice support services to women and children in Orange and surrounds.
Operation Courage Provides:
- Emergency and transitional accommodation
- Case Management for high needs victims
- Transport to safety
- Brokerage for emergency needs such as food and sanitary items
- Safety planning
- Assistance with victims compensation
- On-going Information, advocacy, support and referral
To be successful, you will require strong experience in Community Services, ideally within the DFV Sector; proven ability to professionally and sensitively deliver client services to clients experiencing emotional distress; well-developed communication skills; and demonstrated experience in identifying key stakeholders and establishing effective relationships.

These are fulltime positions on Maximum Term Contracts until 30th June 2026.
