SalaryOur client, WAYS Youth & Family is looking for a Social Worker / Case Manager who is passionate about working in organisation that provides quality outcomes to young people, adults and their families in the community.They are an established not-for-profit community organisation whose mission is to work with young people, adults and families. They provide a range of social services, through education, training, case management, counselling, outreach and more.About the roleDeveloping effective case plans for individuals and/or their families, who may be experiencing substance misuse, homelessness, mental health concerns or barriers to education.
Ensure clients have access to a range of supports and services in relation to health, housing, employment and education.
Support people to develop stronger links to family and community.
Contribute to community engagement, music events/programs, psychoeducation / therapeutic workshops, school forums, outreach and service promotion activities.
Responsible for developing, executing and managing an effective and targeted outreach program designed to increase the number of young people accessing the WAYS Wellness Centre and other WAYS programs.Benefits of Joining the TeamGenerous salary - $80K to $85K per annum on offer.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
