About the opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager to join our Integrated Family Violence Program (IFVP) program based at Broadmeadows. The Integrated Family Violence Case Worker will provide risk assessment, safety planning and case management to women and their children impacted by Family Violence. The role will also include a duty work function, providing secondary consultations to professionals and individuals and completion of referrals as required.

About you
You will have strong knowledge and experience in a range of intervention strategies and frameworks, working within both a Family Violence context and a feminist perspective, to support women and children who are at risk, vulnerable and often traumatised as a result of Family Violence. As an experienced Case Manager, you will be able to demonstrate skill in undertaking risk assessments, safety planning and group-work.
A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Welfare or a related discipline is essential. A current Victorian Drivers Licence will also be required.
