The role
Support our Treasury, Intercompany and Cash Management team in Financial Reporting & Delivery. This is a 6 month secondment opportunity.
What you'll do
- Maintain Suncorp Group entities bank accounts and associated facilities used by the business; including associated guidelines & procedures
- Shared within the team is the daily review of Corporate and Insurance large operational payments to ensure sufficient funds are in the bank accounts to facilitate payments and maximise investment income, including required payment transfers and Investment instructions
- Review work performed by the offshore partners, providing timely feedback and suggest process changes to streamline tasks or suggest develop or training needs
- Degree qualification in Finance/Business or related field (mandatory)
- Chartered Accountant or CPA (desirable)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and achieve a consistent customer service experience
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
