 As a 2ic to the store manager you will be responsible for working with the store manager to lead and drive your team to success making sure that all policies and procedures are followed whilst growing the business.

What we are looking for

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with people management
• Be a REAL leader and develop successful people
• High standards and ownership 
• Understand what it takes to create a dynamic team 
• Have demonstrated stand-out Customer Service experience
• Be self-driven and hungry to be the next leader of the company
• Be a great communicator as you are continually building rapport and liaise with people from all walks of life
• A people person who strives to go above and beyond to manage their customers’ expectations and meet their needs
• Ask discovery questions to provide the right solutions to meet our customer's needs
• Basic computer skills, accurate data entry and high level of attention to detail
• Ability to achieve KPI’s & sales targets
