We are recruiting for a high performing Accounts Payable Processor to join our Shared Service Centre based in Brisbane servicing the APAC region.
As part of a collaborative team, you will be responsible for processing bank statements efficiently in line with Service Level Agreements and customer expectations. You will have an analytic mind and solutions-oriented approach, responding to enquiries and resolving issues.
You will take great pride in your work and exceptional customer service skills, collaborating closely with team members both locally and internationally and proactively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and contributing to a positive working environment.

ABOUT YOU
  • 2 years of experience in a Finance department, preferably in receipting (with familiarity with MS Office, SAP accounting software)
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and high levels of attention to detail
  • A proactive team player with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
  • Excellent organisational skills and capability of working to tight timeframes while remaining calm under pressure
  • Capability of working autonomously as well as part of a virtual team
  • Experience in working in a Shared Service Centre environment will be a strong asset
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Processing bank statements in accordance with procedures
  • Ensuring that all bank statement positions are posted in accordance to accounting rules and legal compliances
  • Seeking opportunities for process improvements, sharing and applying best practices
  • Reconciliation of holding accounts in line with agreed Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
  • Ensuring that all relevant company's standards and guidelines are met
