The role:
- Our Vaults are the backbone of Travelex and our Distribution Consultants/Cash Processers ensure timely and accurate counting and allocating of vault products to and from our customer base
What we are looking for:
We are looking for motivated Crew Members comprising of full time Vault operations consultant that poses initiative, creativity, and a sense of fun.
- Demonstrated customer services skills, acquired through previous roles
- Previous experience in a high-volume cash handling
- Ability to effectively work in a team structure
- Ability to work on-site at a very structured and controlled environment
- A degree of self-motivation, combined with good time management and planning skills
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly in a busy environment
- Strong communications skills
- Accurate data input
- Attention to detail
