WE are pleased to be supporting the team in seeking to appoint an experienced Service Technician to join their team on a full time permanent basis. This broad position is perfect for anyone who loves variety in their work as you will work on a range of parts from wheels to the roof and in between!
This position will contribute to both new builds and maintenance/repairs to existing caravans. Ideally we are seeking candidates who can demonstrate the following skills, attributes and experience;
To be considered we are seeking applications from individuals who possess the following experience, skills, and attributes:
- Physical fitness, good agility, to be able to perform work around vans
- Competent in the use of hand and power tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Forklift license & Truck Licence (desirable)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work to deadlines
- Good problem-solving skills
- Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
- Caravan industry experience desirable but not essential
- Electrical, knowledge desirable but not essential
- Good understanding of OHS
- Strong commitment to reliability and demonstrated work ethic
- A current and valid driver's licence
