AddressAt Mandoon Estate the Cellar Door is an integral part of our business. Our goal is to provide guests with an authentic and unique tasting experience and we are looking for enthusiastic applicants who can help create a memorable experience for our guests.
Open seven days, applicants must be available to work flexible hours including weekdays, weekends and public holidays. We are currently looking to hire someone for a casual position. In this role there will be an opportunity to grow your knowledge in wines with an intimate look into the wines here at Mandoon Estate and the winemaking process where you can use this knowledge to generate sales from a positive customer experience.
This position suits someone who possesses the following skills:
- WSET level 1 preferred or min 1 year working in wine industry will be highly regarded
- Prior knowledge of best practice in service and food/wine and strong sales experience
- Exceptional customer service skills and sales experience, also an advantage
- Strong communication skills an ability to work in a team environment
- RSA Required
- Attention to detail with a high standard of personal presentation
- Permanent resident/citizen or a valid right to work in Australia
