The role(s)
We are looking for very passionate, creative Chef's and Cooks. This exciting opportunity will see the correct candidates work amongst a passionate culinary team where a large focus will be on development and further progression. A great attitude is required along with a creative flair.
To be the correct candidate for the Venue, you will need to share the vision and direction of PCEC. Through your ability to strive for perfection and continual improvement of the culture and product, you will need to achieve the following:

- Culinary excellence - a passion for food and knowledge of current food trends.

Key attributes Chefs:
- Qualified career orientated Chef with a proven knowledge of kitchen operations.

- Proven experience in production operations.
- Experience and the ability to run large functions / events.
- The ability to organise and balance multiple demands.
Key attributes Cooks:
- Career orientated Chef with a proven knowledge of kitchen operations seeking to learn
