About Us: BFT Gladesville is a brand new studio!
As the Group Fitness Coach you will take command of the day-to-day operating of the gym, running daily workouts, drive member engagement and foster positive relationships with al members and work closely with the owner/franchisee & studio manager to deliver the studio’s member growth and profitability aspirations.
Role responsibilities include;
- Lead 50-minute group strength training classes on a daily basis
- Working closely with the Owners and Studio Manager to help drive studio performance and member satisfaction
- Coordinating 8-Week Challenges
- Complete administration associated with memberships and general enquiries
- Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained, including cleaning and maintenance

Required qualifications;
- Certificate IV in Personal Training or Certificate III in Group Fitness as a minimum.
- Current senior First Aid and CPR
Desirable qualifications;
- Exceptional people skills
- Outstanding time management skills
- Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, and content creation.
- Effective time management
- Passion for health and fitness.
