The role
Crown is the ultimate destination for dining experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone's tastes.
We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Back-Of-House team.
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- You will be responsible for delivering on the Crown vision
- Be part of a team accountable for the overall success of the daily culinary operation.
You'll bring the following:
- An eye for excellence and attention to detail
- The ability to maintain high and consistent food standards at all times
- Eager to learn and work within in a team.
To be successful, you'll be able to:
- Working knowledge of HACCP
- Relevant experience and/or qualifications highly regarded
- Willingness and ability to work around a 24-hour, 7-day week roster including weekends and public holidays.
