About the opportunity:
Join an established practice and friendly team! Here at Bupa Dental - Chermside you will be supported to grow and work among a great team, if you are proactive to learn and love all things Dentistry than this is the Casual opportunity for you.
For this role some nights may be required (latest finish 9pm on Thursdays) and some Saturdays!

The heart of the role:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management
What you'll bring:
- 3 months+ experience as a Dental Assistant preferred
- Skilled at tackling challenges both on your own and as part of a team, while paying close attention to the little things
- Maturity and reliability
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service/patient care
- Maintaining an orderly environment with a knack for systematic approaches
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
