About the role
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated dietitian to join our Aged Care team in Victoria. This role involves visiting Aged Care homes in metro Melbourne and also in regional Victoria.
This position will see you managing, organising and evaluating nutrition and hydration services at our contracted Aged Care facilities.
These services include;
- resident assessments,
- weight reviews,
- staff education,
- food service activities such as menu reviews, meal and dining audits,
- communication with the multidisciplinary and care teams, and
- other activities as required.

This position requires a willingness to travel to different Aged Care homes located in and around Melbourne and into regional areas. Applicants must have their own car and a valid driver's license. Regionally based applicants seeking casual employment are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate/s will be supported by our large team of experienced dietitians in areas of professional development, mentoring and on-the-job upskilling. Flexible working arrangements are available, and working from home contributes a small component of this role.
Remuneration is based on level of dietetic experience of the successful applicant and reimbursements for travel may be provided.
Skills and experience
Employment experience as a dietitian and in Aged Care would be highly regarded. New graduates may apply.
Eligibility
Must be qualified to practice as a Dietitian in Australia, as recognised by Dietitians Australia, and eligible for the APD program.
