Reporting to the General Manager, you will be focused on supporting a team to deliver excellent customer service to our patrons.
Responsibilities
- Daily operations of the hotel include presentation, customer service, stock control & opening and end of day close procedures.
- Overseeing the Sports Bar, Bistro, TAB and pokies as well as the drive-thru bottle shop.
- Assisting bar staff in standard duties - running food, pouring drinks, clearing tables etc.
- Complying with legislation, policies and procedures, code of conduct and practice RSA and RCG/ARCG.
- Assist with training and developing our staff.

- Well presented, trustworthy with outstanding communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Proactive and responsive.
- Able to lead by example.
- Current RSA and RCG/ARCG certificate.
- Past experience in management or supervisory roles - In the industry (Bars & Pubs).
