About Us
Penrith Christian School is a well-established and vibrant Christian community, providing an exciting and innovative learning environment for over 800 students from our Early Learning Centre through to Year 12 in Orchard Hills, at the foot of the Blue Mountains.
Our Early Learning Centre is registered for 80 students per day and operates from 6.30am to 6.00pm 48 weeks of the year. We have an excellent reputation in our community for providing high quality Inclusive education and care, and our centre offers a high staff-to-child ratio.

About the role
We are seeking a Diploma qualified and experienced Early Learning Educator to work in an inclusion support role. This casual role has been created under the Government’s Inclusion Support Program for our students that require additional support. We have approval for funding for this casual role to the end of the year while ever the students are attending our Centre.
Your hours will be 8.00am to 3.00pm preferably five days per week however we will consider job sharing for the right candidates. The rate of pay will be $36.20 per hour gross plus superannuation.
You will have the following:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current Working With Children Check approval number
Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis, as well as Child Protection qualifications
Knowledge and understanding of both the National Quality Framework and The Early Years Learning Framework
Ability to work within a team, including sharing responsibility for observing and planning for children, as well as engaging in reflective practice
Highly motivated, reliable and a flexible attitude
An active Christian faith and current church involvement
