Join our team as a Casual Floating Practice Nurse

If you’re looking for work, life, balance then this could be a great opportunity to join our team. We are looking for experienced Enrolled or Registered Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidates will be covering annual, sick, maternity and any ‘ad-hoc’ leave requirements the business may have. 

Location: Multiple locations north of the river

We currently have general practices in the following suburbs;   

• Alexander Heights  
• Butler  
• Currambine  
• Darch  
• Innaloo  
• Ocean Reef  
• Padbury

You are required to provide quality care to a diverse mix of patients through;

• Chronic Disease Management including Care Plans & Health Assessments
• Immunisations and vaccinations
• ECG's & Spirometry
• Wound care/dressings
• Assisting doctors with minor surgical procedures
• Daily co-ordination of the treatment room, stock control and medical equipment maintenance
• Implementing and practicing infection control
• Identifying and contributing to the development of our patient educational needs.

Essential Criteria:

• Current unrestricted Nurses Registration with AHPRA
• Current CPR certification
• Experience as a Practice Nurse or a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Proficiency with IT systems & their use
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Caring & collaborative approach to patient care
• Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
