About us
The Mackay Golf Club is a busy Club which offers daily services to members and guests as well as large functions & events including Weddings, Corporate Golf & Meetings. Most shifts are completed by 7pm, however we do open for dinner on Friday nights and operate late for weddings & special events. Work will be on a casual basis and will include rostered weekends.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant in a bar and or bistro.
- Responsible service of alcohol certificate
- Stock control experience
- Knowledge of Swift POS advantageous
Tasks & Responsibilities
- General Bar duties
- Barista or coffee making experience would be an advantage.
- Participate in stocktake and stock control procedures.
- Prepare and store food ensuring stock rotation and control is maintained.
- Further participate in ongoing training where required or new tasks required of you.
- Ensure quality of services, hygiene, and safety arrangements.
- Check, organise and implement security procedures.
These roles are Casual in accordance with the Registered & Licensed Clubs Award.
