The Role:
This is a mixture of remote and onsite hardware related support based such end user devices, network devices, configuration and support, Network/server installs and troubleshooting. Works will be done in Corporate Offices, Data Centres so a current criminal and police check must be provided.
Experience is required but not limited to:
- Data centre processes and rules
- Equipment Configs, prestaging
- Cabling, Fibre and Structured
- Server builds and Network Patching
- Experience with construction and deconstruction on Network/Server racks
- Knowledge of Network connectivity
- Patching, Rack and stack
- Usage of fibre testers and labellers
- Works with MPO
- Flexibility with work hours including after hours.
SKILLS:
- Fluent English Written and Spoken
- Open Cablers Licence desirable
- Min 3 years Field Experience
- Min 3 years Data Centre Experience
- Licence and Car
- Flexible Availabity to be deployed to site within 2-4 hours notice 24/7.
Work Mindset:
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, reliability in this role is key

- Above average customer service skills
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Pro-active, self starter
This role will suit a candidate that isn't currently employed full time and can respond to works as specified above.
