AddressFixed-Term Part-Time Position: Quality Support Officer
We are looking for a Quality Support Officer for a fixed-term, part-time role to assist with quality activities, audits, consumer feedback, and standards monitoring. This position collaborates with the Manager of Quality and Risk to help the management team comply with accreditation standards across all clinical and non-clinical areas of the organization. The role supports accreditation activities and processes and works with the Quality team to meet reporting and clinical governance requirements.

About the Role
The Quality Support Officer will work with the Manager of Quality and Risk to ensure the organization meets accreditation standards across all areas. Acting as a resource for quality improvement and accreditation preparation, the role encompasses acute, aged care, and community services.
About You
- Experience in healthcare
- Clinical experience (desirable)
- Familiarity with health and aged care accreditation
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Adaptable with other software, including Electronic Medical Records
