MP Training and Recruitment assists job seekers in finding employment opportunities, we help employers recruit the right staff on a temporary or permanent arrangement. We also offer nationally recognized training and professional development courses across Melbourne, Albury and Wodonga.
We are seeking an excellent Individual Support Trainer to support individuals completing a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability and Ageing), as well as delivering other related training. Some of our learners are Trainees, working for local businesses across Albury - Wodonga. As an Individual Support trainer, you’ll provide support to our Trainees to complete their traineeship within the required time frame. You will engage with the Employer to assist with any issues that may be arising and work collaboratively to resolve them. You will also Deliver relevant content related to Individual Support operations, administration, and service to other individuals and groups. You will have an engaging and motivating approach to the support that you provide.

Experience in a similar role and work expereince in the disability and Aged care industries will be advantageous. This is a part time role with flexible hours ( during core business hours) . This position has the potential to increase hours in the future in line with company growth.
Position Outcomes:
- Delivering engaging and interactive classes according to training plans
- Marking student assessments in a timely manner, provide constructive feedback to further learning
- Conducting practical skills sessions
- Maintaining accurate student records and updating the student management system accordingly
- Participating in validation activities
Required Qualifications:
- Current certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Vocational Qualfications in Indivdual Support
- Experience with online delivery is advatageous
- Full Drivers License
