About you
The ideal candidate will have a holistic approach to customer service, with a strong focus on creating a seamless and consist experience across all customer touchpoints.
A lot of your day will be spent speaking to customers on the phone. Your professional, calm demeanour will enable you to effectively assist customers with all of their enquiries.
The Role
- Make sales & service follow-up calls to every customer who purchases a vehicle or visits the service department.
- Ensure customer concerns are forwarded to the appropriate manager and the issue is dealt with promptly
- Enter feedback into customer database
- Circulate daily customer feedback to relevant departments
- Monitor manufacturer surveys and report on CSI scores
- Back-up the other CRM Coordinator when required
- Assist CRM Manager when required
- Assist with the coordination of customer gifts
- Meet and greet customers visiting the showroom, offer refreshments and ensure they feel welcome
- Coordinate service reminder process, send SMS's, emails and reminder calls
- Coordinate service retention campaigns
- Input service entries
- Filing repair orders
- Database cleansing
- Assist Bespoke service department with day-to-day administrative tasks as required
- Completion of mandatory training
- Reception cover when required
Requirements of the position
- At least 3 years’ experience in a customer service role
- Experience with luxury brands would be considered an advantage
- Professional corporate presentation
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to liaise with Management to work through customer concerns
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and time management
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Experience operating a multi-line switchboard
- Microsoft Excel experience essential
- Pentana/ERA Power experience would be considered highly advantageous
- Permanent Australian residency
