The Opportunity
Join us to operate machinery in canning, blending, and packaging. We need people who love solving problems and can run equipment smoothly. If you're skilled, safety-minded, and ready for a challenge, apply now!
The Accountabilities
- Work across a range of operations including canning, blending and aseptic operations.
- Participate in end-to end operations, from pre-production preparation to operating blending or packaging equipment.
- Adhere to quality operating procedures and conduct quality checks as required.
- Achieve production output and targets.
- Troubleshoot technical problems with production machinery.
The Ingredients for Success
Just like you can't make Campbell's Chicken Stock without chicken, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role;
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in FMCG is ideal but not essential.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a proven ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
