The Role :
We are seeking an experienced Field Services Administration officer for an immediate start with one of our clients. The successful candidate will be working from their Alexandrina office We are looking for an experienced professional to support the Field serives Manager. The role requires someone who can provide professional support to the Field Services Manager.
The responsibilities include:
- Delivering professional support at a high level
- Raising purchase orders
- Assisting in the preparation of reports for the Field Services team
- Providing updates and information for the Field Services website
- Assisting staff with training and information
- Helping with Depot maintenance
- Taking minutes for various meetings
