About the Client:Our client is a rapidly expanding multi-disciplinary team consisting of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychotherapists and counsellors. You will be offered a supportive environment that will strive to provide you with flexibility, work life balance and career progression. 

About the Role:

We are currently seeking motivated Occupational Therapists to join a growing multi-disciplinary NDIS provider in Sydney. 

In this role, you will provide person-centred services for a mixed caseload of clients, develop therapy plans, and identify an individual plan to bridge the gap between a person’s current and optional functioning. You will have the option to specialize in a clinical area, or have a mixed NDIS caseload of paediatric, physical and mental health clients. Assessment and treatment predominantly occurs at the clients home, school or workplace, however there is also the option of clinic based treatment.

Open to full-time, part-time and casual applicants. New grads to experienced therapists are encouraged to apply!

About You:

• Tertiary Occupational Therapy qualification
• Current registration with AHPRA
• Active listener and critical thinking skills
• A passion and drive to make a difference
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Enthusiasm to grow and expand your knowledge, skill-set and career
• Current Driver’s License and car
• Current Working With Children’s Certificate
• Current Police check
• Professional Indemnity insurance
