The Team The Corporate Governance and Risk team oversees Council’s Corporate Governance, Compliance, and Risk functions including all frameworks to ensure organisational transparency, accountability and compliance with statutory obligations. The team is responsible in ensuring Council is compliant with the Code of Conduct, Enterprise Risk Management Policy, Public Interest Disclosure Reporting Policy, Fraud and Corruption Control Policy, and Statement of Business Ethics including information and privacy legislation.
