Job Responsibilities:
Create designs for various materials like apparel, brochures, logos, and websites using Adobe Creative Suite.
Customer Inquiry Handling: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and courteous responses to their questions and concerns.
Quote Generation: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop accurate and competitive price quotes for design projects.
Collaborate with clients and teams to understand their design preferences and requirements.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business opportunities.
Incorporate visuals that match the desired theme and tone of communications.
Revise drafts based on client feedback to ensure high-quality designs.
Review final productions for errors and compliance with client specifications.
Manage files and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
Oversee design progress and address any issues.
Coordinate subcontracting and approve invoices.
Support photography sessions and assist with special projects.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of work environment.
As the successful candidate you will have:
Customer Focus: Proficiency in understanding and addressing client requirements, offering tailored solutions, and enhancing customer satisfaction through personalized service.
Proficiency in Graphic Design software, especially Adobe's Creative Suite.
Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
Ability to effectively work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, communicate project needs and progress, and contribute to a cohesive team dynamic to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Strong time management and organizational abilities to meet project deadlines.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle revisions and changes in design requirements.
Graduates are welcome to apply, and previous experience in Graphic Design is preferred but not mandatory.
Fashion design or 3D design experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
