You will have the following to be successful in this role:
- Patisserie specific qualification preferred (certificate III or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a pastry-focused role, demonstrating expertise in creating a range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality culinary experiences
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Professional grooming and presentation
- Food Safety Certification or willing to obtain one
- HACCP standards, WH&S & an understanding of dietary requirements are to be adhered to
- Hold a Police Check or willing to obtain one
