eNurse is a friendly online and Retail business, servicing fabulous nurses around Australia. Our team is looking for a passionate person who enjoys retail/online sales and supporting the warehouse and customer service team. If you love picking and packing, warehousing, customer service and want to support nurses, then this is the job for you. This is an all-rounder job and you won't get bored!
What will you be doing on a daily basis?
- Good news- your will always have something to do and our customers are lovely- of course, they are nurses!
- Firstly you will pack all online orders. This is a priority. When finished you will go to either the customer service team or warehouse team- where you are needed the most.
On a weekly basis you will typically:
- working at least 2 days a week. This can be school hours.
- pack online and B2B orders
- contact customers in regard to their order
- provide retail sales assistance to customers who visit our store, where required
- help count and restock stock items
- serve customers in our small friendly store.
- must have experience on POS/computer systems.
- general admin duties as required.
We believe in work/life/balance, so you work 38 hours a week and you will get home on time. This is a Monday to Friday job and our store closes at 4.30pm.
Skills:
We are looking for someone with the following skills and experiences:
- 1-2 years experience within retail environment.
- Very organised and able to multi-task.
- Great attention to detail.
- Friendly and cheerful personality.
- Someone who can work great in a small-team environment.
- Good computer skills.
