We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Business Development Manager to drive our clients expansion efforts and enhance their market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to achieve growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and present Business Development reports to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to stay ahead of industry trends.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, sales, or a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
