Who Are We Looking For?
We're on the lookout for an individual who embodies the spirit of healthcare and is eager to serve on the medical front line. Ideal candidates will have:
- A strong desire to embark on a rewarding career in healthcare. Previous experience in Healthcare not required.
- Previous Customer Service experience is essential.
- Availability to work four days per week, with flexibility and a team-oriented approach. Must be available for Saturday mornings.
- A knack for adapting to various situations with ease and confidence.
- Proficiency in technology, with a willingness to learn and utilise the latest software in the General Practice marketplace.
- Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to listen, understand, and exceed customer expectations.
- A proactive, motivated attitude capable of multitasking and managing high-intensity situations.
- An eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in every task.
- Full COVID-19 vaccination.
Experience in a general practice setting is not mandatory, but it will be considered an advantage.
