Role Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch nursing care that makes a real difference in patients' lives.
- Conduct thorough health assessments and develop effective care plans.
- Support minor procedures and general practice tasks with precision.
- Play a key role in promoting health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Manage chronic disease care and provide valuable patient education.
- Work closely with doctors and staff to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- AHPRA Registration: Current AHPRA Division 1 registration.
- Working with Children Check: Current and valid.
- A strong commitment to excellence and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills to manage patient records efficiently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Experience in Chronic Disease Management is essential.
- Preferably, experience in a primary care setting or similar environment.
- Willingness to take on additional shifts as needed.
