Choice, independence, mutual respect and accountability all have a significant role to play. In return for higher levels of self-responsibility, the students can enjoy some greater freedoms.
The daily CRT rate is $601 CRT’s will receive a Full Day rate even if they work less than a full day.

Successful Applicants will be required to
- Deliver the teaching program in line with appropriate curriculum.
- Have excellent teacher knowledge, practice and professional engagement.
- Ensure an effective use of time and resources in the delivery of classes aligned to student’s individual learning and pathways plans.
- Promote the school’s alternative educational and strengths-based model to ensure student goals and personal outcomes are progressed with the focus on “Changing the Lives of Young People”.
