Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Casual Sales Associate for our Wollongong stores who is passionate about people, sales, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving sales growth and exceeding targets while providing outstanding service to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, actively listening to their needs and preferences.
- Utilise your sales expertise and product knowledge to recommend suitable footwear options.
- Set ambitious sales targets and KPIs for yourself, consistently striving to achieve and exceed them.
- Monitor individual performance against KPIs and take proactive measures to improve results.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, including features, benefits, and availability.

Requirements:
- Previous Retail Sales experience (Prior experience in footwear is not essential)
- Passion for sales and a genuine desire to help customers find the perfect footwear solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed and exceed expectations.
- Flexible availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.
