We’re searching for a Project Coordinator to join us on our mission to be the trades most valued partner.
About the role
This is a newly created role that will support our Construction Project Manager with project delivery, and will take responsibility for leading some small to mid-sized projects. There are a range of administrative tasks including invoicing, general admin, preparing budgets, OH&S and compliance reporting. You’ll partner with a number of external stakeholders including construction companies, suppliers, architects and service consultants, ensuring best practice across the board for project delivery.
About you
Fantastic opportunity in our property team for someone who has worked as a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager previously, within the construction or property industry. An understanding of project management principles will be highly regarded, we operate using our own project methodology. Great communication skills are a must, as you’ll be dealing with a really diverse range of stakeholders. We are seeking someone who is tech savvy, with a good understanding of MS Office suite and strong problem solving and planning skills.
