AddressThe Kaden Centre is a revolutionary organisation that has established a supportive business focusing on prehab and rehab for individuals with cancer or chronic illness. The organisation is seeking a suitable business leader to work in a newly created role of Operations Manager to guide the centre into it's next phase.
The Role:
Reporting to the board this role will manage the day to day operations of the business whilst driving growth of current and new income streams.
- Take guidance from the board and manage the operations of the facility whilst ensuring the financial viability of the business is reached
- Look to grow the core business and look to new income streams
- Oversee the management of the clinical and admin teams
- Create sound budgets for board approval and then effectively work to these budgets
- Must act in accordance with our mission to the Australian Charities and Not for Profits Commission (ACNC), i.e. Provide services (physio and or exercise physiology) to those with cancer and or chronic illnesses.

- Connector - with a personality to unite the team but also have a capacity to work with members of parliament, business sponsors, board members and the diverse client base
- Financially astute
We are seeking a business leader with a background in managing an operation. Knowledge or history of working in a clinical space would be desirable but not essential.
