Casual Hourly Rate: HEW5 ($50.45 per hour + 11% superannuation)Employment Type: CasualLocation: Burwood campusAbout the Role:The Student Adviser a responsible for providing advice, support and administrative services within the Contact Centre that improve the student experience and engage our students to facilitate their success.To be successful, you'll have:
- Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
- Completion of an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant work experience and/or education and training
- Experience in administration and related activities in a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies, and procedures.
- Customer services experience, preferably in a tertiary educational institution
- Experience in operating in a high-pressure diverse environment, involving face to face, phone, and written issues.
- Experience providing services and support in a large organisation.
- Provide information, advice and support to students. This will mainly be over the phone, email and live chat with minimal face to face interactions.
- Contribute to the implementation of strategies and programs to improve the student experience and contribute to improved ways of working
- Provide resolution to complex student enquiries
- Coordinate and implement a range of administrative services to support students
- Review, evaluate and implement systems, process and practices to improve response times, increase quality, reduce costs and foster a culture of customer service excellence
- Can you start shifts at 8.30 am?
- Can you finish shifts at 7 pm?
