- As the AccessAbility Support Worker, you will provide support and agreed reasonable adjustments to learners with a disability in vocational education and training programs in TAFE Queensland and provide educational support for people with a disability as identified in AccessAbility plans. This may include specific duties related to the student and disability type.
- As the AccessAbility Coach, you will Provide support and agreed reasonable adjustments to learners with a disability in vocational education and training programs in TAFE Queensland and assist faculties in achieving increased retention and completion rates by ensuring the needs of students and clients are met and, provide a wide range of administrative and support services to the various business units within the Region.
- The educational interpreter, Auslan will Interpret everything that is said in and outside the classroom environment and assist with the communicative needs of deaf or hearing impaired students using Australian Sign Language (Auslan) according to the specific needs of the deaf or hearing impaired student. As the Interpreter for the Hearing Impaired you will Contribute to the provision of a quality educational service by providing high level support for teaching and learning. You will utilise specialised knowledge, limited direction, initiative and the application of judgement.
