We are currently looking for some teachers to tutor casually at Hop Skip Jump Learning. We are a small tutoring business located on the Gold Coast and provide high quality tutoring services for children (Pre-Prep to Year 10). We are after some local tutors who are dedicated, passionate and skilled in working with children with a range of abilities. We are particularly seeking those who are able to work around Broadbeach/Robina/Burleigh and surrounding suburbs after school hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan engaging and personalised tutoring sessions based on student needs.
- Motivate and guide students to reach their full academic potential.
- Use assessments to inform practice.
ABOUT YOU:
- Holds a current Australian teachers registration (I.e., QCT, VIT etc).
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or higher in education.
- Holds current car license to drive to sessions.
- Passion and love for education.
- Ability to cater to individual learning styles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Creativity, dedication, and passion for helping students succeed.
- Not essential, but highly desired - a Sounds-Write Practitioner.
