AddressWe are seeking a dynamic Category Business Operations Support person for our global technology client. This role supports the Category Manager in various aspects of product lifecycle management, promotion activities, sales forecasting, and performance tracking. The successful candidate will be the point of contact for the global launch team, assist in global project/tool/process adoption, and provide critical business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product lifecycle tools and global launch coordination.
- Assist in regional adoption of global projects/tools/processes.
- Support promotional activities and sales forecasting.
- Conduct demand and supply gap analysis with the supply chain.
- Track performance and generate business insights.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; e-commerce experience is a plus.
- Proactive and dependable with strong teamwork skills.
Details:
- Start Date: 1 June 2024
- End Date: 30 June 2025 (potential for extension)
- Remote position within Australia
- Rate: AUD up to $360/day + Super
- Flexible schedule: 5 days/week, 8:30-5:30
