The team
Working as part of a squad your key responsibilities will see you drive profitable growth within the squad’s categories, achieving sales and profit targets. You will also create and execute customer-centric category strategies to drive sustainable growth.
The role - 12-month Fixed Term

• Identify, develop, and deliver offers that meet our ever-evolving customer needs.
• Build sustainable, long-term supplier relationships.
• Exude passion and energy to foster enthusiasm among the squad in bringing category vision to life
• Be a role model within a high-performance environment focused on getting the best out of people

What’s in your toolkit

• Proven experience in retail buying/category management.
• A “customer first” approach to developing and executing innovative strategic plans that drive commercial outcomes.
• Experience in leveraging customer insights into actionable outcomes
• Success in building sustainable long-term supplier relationships
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate/influence both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong financial/commercial acumen
