About You
Combining your proven skills in implementing and streamlining processes, you will develop a deep understanding of the Australian Flooring Market. While prior experience is advantageous, a willingness to learn and adapt is equally valuable in this role.

Your Responsibilities Recognise opportunities to grow sales and GP% in the Timber & Resilient Flooring category Identify roadblocks and inefficiencies for customers and work cross-functionally to implement process improvements Provide strong support across all channels including Residential/Commercial/Sales teams Develop and implement an after-sales procedure, to support the product and installation process Work with Senior Leadership to prepare sales budgets and financial KPIs across all channels Provide tools, training and resources support to the education and knowledge awareness of the category Develop and implement strategic business plans in line with business objectives to grow the category Assist with marketing initiatives to develop specifications, sampling and website content Work with the Operations team to ensure an effective end-to-end supply chain process Analyse and review the booking procedure, ensuring installers can effectively executive every job Work to identify common issues within the category’s supply chain and work strategically to make effective changes We kindly ask applicants to include a Cover Letter outlining how their suitability addresses the key areas in the above Job Ad.To learn more about us check out our video!
