About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders using our specialized company software.
- Ensure precision in order processing and supply through meticulous data entry.
- Track orders and provide timely status updates.
- Balance incoming stock with customer requirements.
- Adjust orders and allocate stock to meet evolving priorities.
- Maintain regular communication with produce ripening centres to monitor stock availability.
- Resolve freight, volume, and rejection issues swiftly and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive exceptional customer outcomes.
- Conduct thorough analysis of stock positions to optimize operations.

Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Food Science, Agriculture, or related fields, or equivalent industry experience.
- Preferably, experience in Warehouse Management, Commercial Retail Distribution, Fresh Produce, or similar fast-moving consumer goods sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple priorities.
- Keen attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
- Structured problem-solving approach and sound decision-making skills.
- Results-driven, resourceful, resilient, and adaptable.
