The Role
Reporting to the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Category Manager your role will be centred around supporting the business and improving system range integrity with regard to PPE products. You will be the conduit for the supplier and systems changes, ensuring effective communication around project tasks across the business.
This is a varied role, that will give you exposure to the business network and will include involvement in projects such as our annual catalogue development, store Merchandising, product development and contract support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain product help desk actions
- Manage system range integrity (product, pricing)
- Co-ordinate and execute daily order processing
- Co-ordinate supplier communication and actions
- Support marketing and promotional activities
- Support contracts and tender product activities
- Provide administration support as required
Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
- Strong Attention to detail
- Strong MS Excel & numerical skills (computer literate)
- Project and task management experience
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision according to agreed work plans
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with the ability to work well in a team-based environment.
- Able to work to tight deadlines
