Bupa Templestowe is a modern care home, located 20km’s North West of Melbourne’s CBD, close to the Yarra River and scenic parklands. It consists of 4 communities, with a Clinical Care Manager and Registered Nurse in each community. We have dementia care and high care units, within this 142-bed care home. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.

About the Role
Use your fantastic catering skills in a role where you really can make a difference. Provide our residents with an empathetic and personal approach.
Duties
- Assist with basic food prep
- Provide meals and snacks
- Clear dining areas and dishwashing
- Maintain legislated food hygiene and safety practices
- Ad hoc support to the broader team as required, including laundry and cleaning
Skills and Experience
- Cert III Hospitality highly regarded
- Aged care experience highly regarded but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
- Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
