AddressWe are an Indigenous catering and events business seeking a Catering Prep Chef on a casual basis to support the small team in our Cloud Kitchen in Coorparoo. We provide catering deliveries most days, generally breakfast platters, morning and afternoon teas etc., and catered events throughout the week, generally canapes, tasting platters etc. with occasional seated dining events. We operate from a cloud kitchen, so we have no restaurant or FOH attached to the kitchen, all prep is for catering and deliveries.
We gererally operate Monday - Friday, with shifts between 7am - 8pm, with occasional weekend work for larger events. You will be joining a small but consistent team of 2 kitchen and 3 events staff
